STATION UNIT NO I Enclosed for your information are eight (8) copics of Endorsement Nos. 53 and 54 to the American Nuclear Insurers Policy NF-212.
Endorsement No. 53 amends the definition of nuclear energy hazard to cover certain types of shipments of nuclear material.
Endorse-ment No. 54 establishes the advance premium for the ANI policy for the 1982 calendar year.
Also enclosed are eight (8) copies of Endorsement No. 7 to Binder No. EB-49, which establishes the premium for 1982 for contingent liability coverage.

In Insuring Agreement III, " DEFINITIONS", solely with respect to an
" insured shipment" to which this policy applies as proof of financial protection required by the Nuclear Regulatory Coninission, Subdivision (2) of the definition of " nuclear energy hazard", as amended, is further g,;
