Gentlemen;
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. D. L. DuBois and T. F.

Westerman, of this office, during the period November 1-30, 1981, of activities
authorized by NRC Operating License DPR-46, and to the discussions of the
findings with Mr. L. C. Leesor.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
