We have completed a review of certain applications for license amendments which your Company filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for North Anna Unit Nes.1 and 2.
The purpose of this review was to deter-mine what fees purseant to 10 CFR 170.22, if any, are due the USNRC, and what refunds might be due your Company for these applications.
In this connection.
l enclosed is a list which shows the application dates, fees paid, fees that are applicable, and OilRR's fee determination on each of the applications.
i In connection with item 2 of the enclosed list, it has been determined that fees should not be charged for deletion of non-radiological aquatic LC0's and other non-radiological aquatic monitoring requirements in cases where licensees have an effective NPDES Permit. On this basis, we have concluded that an exemption, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.11(b), from the fee requirements

is authorized by law and is hereby granted for your October 15, 1980 (Serial 815) ETS changes.
Based on the amounts your Company paid and the ONRR staff's final fee l
detenainations, a total of $6,300 is due the USNRC. Therefore, it is l
requested that this amount be remitted to our office.
