HADDMt NECK PLANT We have completed a preliminary review of your response to our Safety Evaluation concernina the Environmental Oualification (E0) of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment. Our contractor (Franklin Research Center) has identified infornation, in nost cases references from your subnittals, which we need in order to complete. our review. This infornation should all be contained in your E0 central file. For this parpose, the requested infornation can be taken fron your E0 central file and provided to our contractor. Upon conoletion of the review the information will be re-turned to you for replacenent into the E0 central file.

We roquest that you supply this information to us within 30 days of the data of this letter. Please send a full subnittal to Franklin Research Center (address in Enclosure 2) and a copy of the cover letter to us.

Address the letter to the Operatinn Reactors Rranch. Please contact your Project Manager for further assistance in this regard.

The reportinq and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than 10 respondents.

Therefore, Ota clearance is not required under Public Law 96-511.
