This is in response to your letter dated October 30, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the report regarding the Office of Inspection and Enforcement's investigation into allegations by Harold W. Hartman, Jr., a former Three, Mile Island control room operator.
To date, no report has been written. As the newspaper article stated, the grand jury investigation is continuing as is the investigation.
