Dear Mr. Marshall:
This is in further response to your letter dated July 22, 1981, in which you requested three (3) copies of the hearings on Midland for the first two weeks in July,1981.
In my letter to you dated July 31, 1981, I stated that copies of the July 16th and 17th testimony would be sent when received.
Enclosed are the copies.
In your telephone conversation with Ms. Raphael you agreed to pay the reproduction charges. The charge for reproducing records is five cents
($0.05) per page.
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing three copies of the enclosed 364 pages if $54.60.
Please send a check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission 1
in the amount of $54.60, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC.
This completes action on your request.
