Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act as amended (5 U.S.C. 522),
I hereby request copies of the transcript, notes, recordings, or other reco ds of a meeting held at NRC during which officials of the FEMA Nat nal Office reported on the interim state of emergency preparedness around nuclear power plants in New York State. This meeting was held around the 18th or 19th of August, 1981.
We are interested in this material for our research on emergency planning for the Indian Point plants.
As provided in your regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act, I look forward to your response within ten working days, and please notify me if the estimated cost incurred exceeds $25.00.
