UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-369 DUKE POWER COMPAllY NOTICE OF ISSUAtlCE OF AMENDMEllT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-9 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Couaisslun (the Conmission) has issued Acendment No.10 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-9, issued to Duke Power Co::pany (licensee) for the McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (the facility) located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The amenduent is effective as of its date of issuance.
This amendment extends the required inplementation dates for the following operating license conditions: (1) reactor vessel water level instrumentation system (2.C.(11)f.(1)), (2) revised small break LOCA nodel submission (2.C.(11)1. (2)), and (3) i ncore thermocouple system upgrade (2.C.(11)f. (3)).
Issuance of this amendraent conplies with the standards and requirenents of mmm gg the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Coamission's regu-

The Coamission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act 82
