In regards to your letter of December 15, 1981, concerning proprietary information in Inspection Report No. 81-01, we wish to adfise you that the report text identified by you as being proprietary will be treated as such and will be withheld from public disclosure.
Your letter will also be held from public disclosure as the information you sought to be withheld is identified therein.
It is requested that any future proprietary information applications be prepared so that the proprietary ihformation identified, is contained in an enclosure to the application, since the application without the enclosure will be placed in the Public Document Room.
