ORDER (Supplying Missing Pages of Partial Initial Decision)
The Board's Partial Initial Decision of January 11, 1982 was incomplete as it was served.
Pages 80-82 were inadvertently left out of the copies mailed to the service list.
Attached are copies of those pages for insertion.
The copies of the decision also contained two page 83's which differ only in the last word of the first line in paragraph 74.
The second copy of page 83 is grammatically incorrect.
