PUR?OSE The purpose of this procedure is to outline the radiological supplies necessary to maintain the Technical Support Center (TSC) and Operational Support Center (OSC) in a state of readiness.

LIMITATIONS & ACTIONS 1)
An inventory of the TSC and OSC will be conducted cuarterly.
2)
For the TSC, this procedure covers only radiological supplies.
Non-radiological supplies are covered in EPIP 420-1.
3)
Missing supplies will be corrected as soon as possible.
4)
The Rad / Chem Cepartment will be responsible for documentation and control of these supplies.

PROEDURE 1)
Perform an inventory of the supplies as cutlined in Attachments A and 8.
Note any missing items on the foms and return the forms to the Rad / Chem Foreman.
l 2)
Replace instruments which require quarterly calibration with newly l
calibrated instruments.
3)
Verify no physical damage to equipment (especially proces, etc.)
4)
Verify self readers will be in calibration for the remainder of the quarter, otherwise replace.
5)
Verify KI Tablets will not exceed shelf life, otherwise replace.
