Dear Administrative Judges:
This is to confirm the results of a telephone conversation between Judoe Lazo and the undersigned this morning, January 15, 1932, during which the under-signed requested and was granted an extension of time until January 20, 1982 to file the Staff's affidavit recarding concrete slump tests at the captioned facility. The request was necessitated by the closing of federal offices for a day and a half due to weather conditions, and the illness of Mr. Lucian Vorderbrueqqen, the senior resident inspector at the Palo Verde site, who is the author of the affidavit.
