Established the proper settings for oversoltage relays for busses 4A and 4B.

Disconnected the uncerfrequency relays for these busses.

Analyzed effget of slight rise in concrete temperatures above design l

value of 200 F.

The maximum temperature measured was 208 F.

3 Provided a method and device to " Blank-off" an empty SPND Guide Tube into the RCS.

Blank is similar to existing SPND closure fitting in both mechanical and physical properties.

Its failure would be no di f ferent than that which would result from the failure of any SPND closure.

Installed microwave intrusion alarms in place of the perimeter fence vibration sensors, established a new perimeter fence alignment, changed the profile of an existing section of perineter fence, and modified the employee parking lot.

5 Converted the Rancho Seco-Rio Oso and Rancho Seco-Lockford 230 KV lines to the Rancho Seco-Hedge I ano 2 lines. The line changes do not affect the line terminations at Rancho Seco, nor is the load capacity of the transmission lines affected. There is no reduction in redundancy of incoming power.

Replaced Barnebey-Cheney type 727 charcoal with an imprc /ed performance co-impregnated charcoal.

7 Evaluated fuei handling accident, assuming spent fuel building exhaust filters are providing less than the expected DF cT 10.

The proposed operation will not increase the probability of occurrence or the vansequence of a fuel handling acc3 dent in the spent fuel building, providing 12 to 35 days are alloweu between shutdown and start of fuel shuffle. The margin of safety will remain conservative and similar to that implied in the FSAR analysis. ALARA and 10 CFR 50, Appendix I requirements will continue to be met.

PERSONNEL CHANGES REQUIRyJG REPORTING No personnel changes that requi re reporting in accordance wi th Tecnnical Specification Figure 6.2-2 were made in December 1981.
