The application for the aientient conplies with the standards and requirenents of the Atonic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comiission's requlations. The Com11ssion has nade aanronriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's regulations in 10 CFR Chanter I, which are set forth in the license rienthents. Prior public notice of this ameninent was not required since the amend,ent does not involve a signifi-caqt hazards consideration.
The Comission has determined that the issuance of this a1ondment will not result in any significant environ 1 ental impact and that pursurit to 10 CFR 551.5 (d)(4) an environmental inpact statements, or negative declaration and envirowiental inpact aparaisal need n >t 5e prentred in connection with issuance of this amendaent,
