Gentlemen:
With an application dated September 16, 1980, your Company remitted a total of $12,700 for Class IV and Class I fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
The application was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (OttRR) for review of Technical Specification changes related to TMI-2 Lessons Learned items for Millstone Unit Nos. 2 and 1.
As a result of a fee reanalysis by the OllRR staff of the applications on Lessons Learned, it has now been determined that Classes III ($4,000) and I ($400) fees are appropriate for your September 16 application. Consequently, we are concurrently authorizing the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $8,300 to your Company. Refunds are generally processed in approxi-mately two weeks.
