liith your letter dated February 20, 1981, you remitted a Class IV fee
($12,300) pursuant to 1G CFR 170.22 for your application dated September 16, 1980. This application requested Technical Specification Changes for Davis Besse Unit 1 relating to TMI-2 Lessons Learned.
As a result of a fee reanalysis by the O!(RR staff of the applications on Lessons Learned, it has now been detemined that a Class III ($4,000) is appropriate for your September 16 application, Consequently, we have concurrently authorized the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of
$8,300 to your Company. Refunds are generally processed in approximately two weeks.
