Our letters dated February 20 and April 10, 1931, requested that your Company remit an additional sum of $3.300 for your September 15; 1980 Lessons Learned application for Peach Bottom Unit Hos. 2 and 3 because a Class IV fee had been determined to be applicable in lieu of the Class III that was paid for one of the units.
In a letter dated May 15, 1981, you requested that we reconsider our Class IV fee determination for this application. By letter dated September 1,1981, we informed you that the applications for Technical Specification changes relating to Lessons Learned were undergoing an overall review by the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (0MRR) and that when this was completed, we would respond to your May 15 letter.
The OliRR staff have completed the overall review of the Lessons Learned applications. As a result of this reanalysis, it has now been determined that the Classes III and I fees that your Company paid with the September 15 6pplication are correct. Therefore, your Company does not owe the additional 58,300 previously requested.
