Gentlemeni On November 20,1981, the Division of Licensing (DL) completed the review of your application dated October 26, 1981, and issued Amendment No. 27 to License No. DPR-45, which related to certain Technical Specification changes for Type B and C leak rate testing for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor. Although your letter stated that a Class II fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 would follow in a few days, no fee has been received.
Based on infomation provided by the DL staff as a result of their final review of your application, it has been detemined that the Class II fee ($1,200) is appropriate for the October 26 application since the requested action was administrative or pro forma in nature..Therefore, it is requested that your company remit the_ sum of $1,200 to our office for this application.
