Dear Mr. Counsil:
We have reviewed the changes to tiie Security Plan for the Millstone Nucle:r Power Station Units 1 and 2 transmitted by your letter dated October 27. 1981.
We have found that additional information is required before we can complete our review. Accordingly, you are requested to submit revised pages to your plan which addresses our comments contained in the enclosure to this letter. You may submit a request for change under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, if appropriate.
We have also determined that the enclosure to your above referenced letter and the enclosure to this letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
