Expiration of License The inspector contacted the licensee by phone on October 28, 1981, and notified him that his license SNM-1302 had expired on June 30, 1980.
The licensee informed the inspector that he possessed no special nuclear material and wished to have his license terminated. This was confirmed in a letter sent by the licensee to the Regional Office on November 25, 1931.

Evaluation by the Regional Office Region I has evaluated the information supplied by the licensee and has determined that a closecut survey is not necessary and that this license should be retired.
