NRC Docket No. STN 50-482 Ref: Letter KMLNRC 81-122 dated 10/15/81 from GLKoester, KG&E to GLMadsen, NRC Subj: Interim 50.55(e) Report - Heating / Ventilating / Air Conditioning Duct Supports
Dear Mr. Madsen:
The purpose of this letter is to provide a status report on the progress made toward the completion of the seventeen items which were transmitted to you in the referenced report.
Three of the seventeen activities have been completed. They are:
. Improve control of welder ID stamping
. Quality engineering review of DR's
. Craft and quality personnel awareness of quality process There have been delays in completing some of the remaining activities, however, the constructor is planning on bringing in additional manpower so we expect the final scheduled completion date of June 1982 will not be affected.
We will provide a further status report on the ccmpletion of the seventeen items on or before March 5,1982.
