We have reviewed your response to generic letter 81-04 regarding emergency procedures and traininggfor station blackout events. Our review was to con-firm that 'the subject procedures and training 'either currently exist er will be implemented on an acceptable schedule.at your. plant. Our review did not include an evaluation of the. details provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.
You indicated that procedures and training for station blackout will be implemented at your plant by December 31, 1981. -We find this implementation schedule acceptable.
