In accordance with your application dated July 21, 1981, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to incorporate the " Closure And Decomissioning Plan" dated June 12, 1981.
Accordingly Amendment No. 9 is hereby superseded and Condition 19 is revised to read:
- 19. At the end of plant life, the licensee shall decontaninate the facilities and site in accordance with the decomissioning plan, submitted in the enclosure to the letter dated July 21, 1981, so that the facilities and site can be released for unrestricted use.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
