NC&E We have completed our review of Revision 2 to the " Exxon Nuclear Company Physical Protection Plan for Material of Low Strategic Significance" dated October 1981 and have detennined that the changes are in accordance with requirements of 10 CFR 73.67.

PHYSICAL PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL 0F LOW STRATEGIC SIGNIFICANCE 12.1 The licensee shall follow the security plan entitled, " Exxon Nuclear Company Physical Protection Plan for Material of Low Strategic Signifi-cance," Revision 2, dated October 1981.
12.2 The licensee shall assure that the Type E seal and the procedures for 4
its use on shipping containers are in accordance with the descriptions and procedures found in the Nuclear Materials Accountability and Control Documents XN-12 and XN-50.
12.3 The licensee shall insure that the UO building is locked when unoccupied.
