Committee, through their attorney, William G. Pfefferkorn, and do hereby submit that the motion to consider new evidence and reopen the proceedings was filed on their behalf and that the designation "for High Rock Lake Association, Inc." was a mistake brought about by the fact that the undersignec counsel also represents the High Rock Lake Association, Inc. In further response, the Intervenors would call attention to the following information in comparing the Lake level of Lake Norman with High Rock Lake in the fall of 1981:
