He have reviewed the changes to the security plan for the Davis Besse
'N Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 as submitted by your letter of x
5 October 14, 1981.

Although some of the changes are appropriate under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), others either decresse security or contain insufficient information upon which to base a decision.
Please submit revised pages to your plan incorporating only those changes which we have accepted or which you have revised in accordance with the attached comments to be consistent with the r povisions of 50.54(p). In the instance of those changes which we have identified as decreasing security, you may choose to submit a request for change regarding those itens under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90.
We have determined that the enclosure to your above referenced letter and the enclosure to this letter contain Safeguards Infomation required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
