By letter dated March 9,1981, the March,1981 " Physical Security l
Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" was submitted to the NRC.
Revisions 1 and i
2 to the plan were submitted by letter dated July 22, 1981 and November 30, 1981, respectively. As a result of an audit at San Onofre Unit 2 led by Mr. W. P. Mortensen of Region V and co iducted from December 14, 1981 through December 18, 1981, a number of changes to the plan have been made.
Accordingly, enclosed are five copies of Revision 3 to the aforementioned plan reflecting the changes.
The changes are identified with a vertical line in the right hand margin and a number 3.
l The enclosure hereto contains " Safeguards Information" as specified in 10 CFR Section 73.21 and should, therefore, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.790(d).
