In Reference 1 the Authority indicated that the prompt notific ion system would be completed as designed by December 31, 1981.

previously mentioned, the Authority is participating n,

jointly with Niagara Mohawk in the installation of the prompt notification system.

The status of the system as of December 29, 1981 was submitted by Niagara Mohawk in Reference 2.

The Authority will continue to work with Niagara Mohawk to complete the installa-tion of the system as soon as possible, but certainly no later than February 1, 1982.
