The expired license which is the subject of your letter was never put to use. It was issued to cover an analytical device which would have contained either Cd 109 or Pu 238 radiation source.
Supplier was to have been Texas Nuclear Corporation. However, the development of the device for our particular pf,rpose was not successful and we cancelled our order without ever taking delivery.
No radioactive materials were ever received or used under this license.
