Person Contacted Mr. T. J. Hoffman, General Foreman 2.
Expiration of License The inspector telephoned the licensee on October 16, 1981 and notified him that License No. SNM-1660 had expired on July 31, 1981. The licensee infctmed the inspector that no special material authorized by the license were ever received or used and that he wished to have the license terminated. This information was verified in a letter received from the licensee on November 12, 1981.

Evaluation by the Regional Office Region I has evaluated the information supplicd by the licensee and has determined that a closecut survey is not necessary and that this license should be retired.
