SECURITY PLAll REVISIONS - QUAD CITIES STATION This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated April 21, 1980 by which you transnitted changes to the Security Plan for the Quad Cities Station, Units 1 and 2.

We have reviewed the changes and agree that sone of the channes discussed in your above referenced letter are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). He do not agree that certain other changes, as indicated in the enclosure, are consistent with these sane provisions. With regard to these chances, you are req { tested to revert to the previous wording of the Security Plan until further changes are submitted. The enclosure to this letter pro-vides additional infomation regarding this position.

He have detemined that your above referenced letter, including its enclosure, and the enclosure to this letter contain inforna-tion of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.

The request for information contair.ed in this letter is specific to Quad Cities 1 and 2; therefore OfS clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
