We have reviewed the Commonwealth Edison Company October 19,1981 response to generic letter 81-04 reoarding Zion 1 and 2 emergency procedures and training for station blackout events. Our review was to confirm that the subject procedures and training either currently exist or will be iglemented on an
-acceptable schedule at your plants. Our review did not include an evaluation.

You indicated that procedures and training for station blackout will be implemented at your-ants by December 1981. We fidd this implementation schddute acceptable we stated in our August 26, 1981 letter, the NUREG 0737 Item I.C.1 review w 1 not be done.until after January 1,1982.
