By way of this letter, it is the desire of the Board to request a simple hearing on the. feasibility and/or desirability of the installation of the aforementioned system.

U T I O-N BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Charlevoix County Board of Commissioners goes on, record as opposing the installation of the warning system at Big Rock Nuc1 car Plant, together with any further maintenance costs and/or the manning and monitoring of the system in the County-Sheriff's Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be sent to Consumers Power Company's Jackson office, Governor Milliken and the Nuc1 car Regulatory Commission.
