Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 28 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above-captioned matter.
This Amendment makes various changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report in response to requests for additional information transmitted with Mr. D. G. Eisenhut's letter of July 6,1981, as well as miscellaneous changes and corrections.
This filing consists of three originals and 17 copies of Amendment No. 28 to the License Application and sixty copies of Revision 2 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
Also transmitted herewith are forty-one copies of Revision 2 to the Environmental Report - Operating License Stage and ten copies of Revision 2 to the Limerick Generating Station Probabilistic Risk Assessment.
These revisions are comprised of additional responses to requests for information
