Thank you for your letter of August 10, 1981, in response to our letter dated June 10, 1981. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, is discussed with you during a telephone call on September 11, 1981, is needed. Specifically, you failed to address Items A, B, E, and G from the NMice of Nonconformance. Please provide the act40ss taken to correct these items, the measures taken to prevent their recurrence, and the dates by which these actions and measures were or will be completed.

For Items C and D, which were addressed in the Appendix to your response, you did not provide the measures taken to prevent re-currence nor the dates by which your actions and measures were or will be completed.

For Items F.2., you did not address the fact that required inspection of cabinets prior to painting was not included in the applicable PS-75-27 checklist. Please provide your actions taken to correct this and further, please identify Mr. John E. Therrien and provide copies of the documentation showing that welding inspection had been performed by him.

For Item H, please provide copies of the supplements that address the criteria which were identified as not being in the QA Manual.
