We have received a copy of your application dated June 29,1979 (TS-123),
which was filed with the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review of certain administrative changes for Browns Ferry Unit Nos.1, 2, and 3.
A Class III fee ($4,000) and two Class I fees ($400) were remitted with your application, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22. This application was withdrawn by letter dated October 19, 1981.
If an application is withdrawn prior to commencement of ONRR review, generally we refund the fees paid although they may be retained under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.12(a). The ONRR staff has informed us that considerable review was done on your June 29 application before it was withdrawn. Therefore, the fees paid for it will be retained by the U.S.N.R.C.
