Report No. 99990080/81-04 This refers to the routine safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. B. Hall o' this office on December 9, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC License No. XSNM at Dulles International Airport, Washington, D.C.,
and to the discussions of our findings hela with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection included your program for nuclea-material control and accountability under the applicable provisions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, "Special Nuclear Material", and specific license conditions. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, performance tests, and observations by the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspaction, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
The material enclosed herewith contain.s Safeguards Information a defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by

Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore, the material, with the exception of the report cover page which is an inspection summary, will not be placed in the Public Document Rocn.
