On Decerter 20, 1981, Consumers Power Company
(" Licensee") received a copy of a writing from Ms. Shirley J.
Johns.
The document (copy attached) purports to be a request for an extension of time in which to answer the summary disposition motions of Licensee and the NRC Staff.
Ms. Johns has no standing as an individual party to the proceeding.
Thus, the request should be disregarded.
Ms. Johns may be participating in this proceeding under the aegis of Intervenors Christ-Maria, et al.
