Interim Reports 50.55(e) Potentially Reportable Deficiencies relating to:
(1) Anchor Bolts which have cracked and separated during normal handling.
(2) GE Motor Control Centers that contain "Varglas" wire tie material which may unravel and cause a loss of support.
(3) Containment piping supported such that stresses may accumulate at other welds.
Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of the above potentially reportable deficiencies in previous communications. Reports are due on these "DERs" now.
Because of delays experienced in receiving the input data and performing the analyses, the scheduled reports will be submitted by December 30, 1981.
No new information is available at this time.
