Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 17 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications to provide for operational and surveillance requirements relating to the Reactor Protection System.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, enclosed is a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
