Reportable occurrence reports R0-369/81-180 and R0-369/81-181 were to have been submitted by December 11 and December 14, 1981 respectively.
These two 30 day reportable occurrences (per T. S. 6.9.1.13) cencern T. S. 3.6.1.5
" Primary containment average air tetperature shall be maintained...(limits)",
which was violated on November 12, 1981; and T. S. 3.8.2.3, "The following D. C. channels shall be operable and energized...", which was violated on November 14, 1981.
At this time, all of the required information is not yet available.
The complete reports will be' submitted by December 31, 1981.
