SUINARY OF DECEMBER 3,1981 CRBR REVIEW MEETING

<d A meeting was held on December 3, 1981 in Bethesda, MD to discuss the CRBRP control room design. The applicant described the use of human factor engineering to the design of the CR8RP control room. The applicant then discussed the use of a full scale control room mockup. The mockup was used to simulate operator responses to: CRBRP general operating instructions, emergency operating instruc-tiens, CRBRP annunciator responses, and PSAR Chapter 15 events. A total of 200 walkthroughs were conducted on the control room mockup.
The applicant concluded the presentation with a comparison of the CRBRP control room design efforts to the recently issued NUREG-0700. The applicant plans to formally address NUREG-0700 in a future PSAR sebmittal. The meeting attendee listing is attached to this sunnary.
