It is agreed that:

In Insuring Agreement III, " DEFINITIONS", solely with respect to an
" insured shipment" to which this policy applies as prooT of financial protection required by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Subdivision (2) of the definition of " nuclear energy hazard", as amended, is further Y8 amended to read;
