LIMITATICNS & ACTICNS 1)
An inventcry of the emergency supplies will be performed cuarterly. Missing supplies will be ccirected as scen as possible.
2)
The Rad Chem Superviser er his designee will be responsible for documentaticn and centrol of these supplies.
3)
Radiaticn Management Ccrp. will ::erfc m an annual in:pection at Victory Memorial Hoscital. A letter frcm RMC to Zicre Statien cccumenting this inspection will be kect en file in Rad / Chem.

PROCEDURE 1)
Perform an inventcry of the sucplies as cutlined in Attachement A.
Note any missing items and cuantity en the fc m anc return the fc m to the Rad / Chem Foreman. Film bacges and firger rirgs shculd be replaced cuarterly.
2)
Rad /Clem Foreman will replace the missing items as scen as possible.
