When the data recorded changes more than the allowable deviation and a new projection is made on that data, identify the data by checking the parenthetic box "()"

in the top of that column on Form 1904.02A.

8.0 DATA CONVERSION 8.1 Complete Form 1904.02B to determine the Pasquil Atmospheric Stability Category, wind speed and prevailing wind direction. If site meteoro-logical data is un-available, limited meteorological data may be ob-tained from the following groups:

1 NOTE: If the Pasquil Atmospheric Stability Category cannot be obtained, substitute in category G (most conservative).

8.2 Complete Form 1904.02C to determine the gaseous release rate.

9.0 DETERMINATION OF DOSE RATE AND MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE CONCENTRATION AT THE EXCLUSION AREA BOUNDARY 9.1 Complete Form 1904.02D to calculate the following information:

9.1.1 Whole body dose rate at the Exclusion Area Boundary.

9.1.2 Child thyroid dose rate at the Exclusion Area Boundary.

9.1.3 The ratio of the actual to the maximum permissible concen-tration of Xe-133.

9.2 Summarize the results of the projected whole body and child thyroid dose rates and the ratio of maximum permissible concentration de-terminations on Form 1904.02E, specifying a downwind distance of 0.65 miles.

9.3 If an Emergency Action Level is NOT indicated, return to Section 7.0.

New data should be taken as specified by the Duty Emergency Coordina-tor.

9.4 If an Emergency Action Level is declared (initial projection only),

identify the meteorological and ef fluent monitor data on Form 1904.02A which was used in making the projection by checking the parenthetic q bax "()" at the top of that column.
