Methodology fer Site-Specific Lake Breeze Analysis Enclosed are six (6) copies each of the proposed methods of manual dose assessment and lake breeze analysis for Fermi 2.
1.
Manual Dose Assessment Method The dose assessment method is being submitted in draft form since it will be undergoing revisions as necessary for the February 1982 full scale exercise.
We anticipate that the basic method will not change but the tables and worksheets will as the procedures are developed.
2.
Site Specific Lake Breeze Analysis A significant amount of data analysis must be per-formed to determine the site specific lake breeze characteristics. As a result, the methodology by which the analysis will be performed is submitted for review. To perform this work on a schedule

upgraded meteorological system, the work must'be initiated no later than December 31, 1981.
