This letter is in reply to your November 2,1981 letter to Mr. D. G. Eisenhut in which you asked for clarification of the significance of a specific number identifying a request for information from Public Service Company (of New Hampshire. The number you asked to be clarified is 451.01 (2.3) ER).

The.01 identifies that The 451 series of questions pertains to meteorology (.The (2.3) ER) identifies the Enviro question as the first in the 451 series.
