Letter from David C. Trimble to John T. Collins, November 25, 1981.
This letter is to acknowledgo receipt of your letter of November 25, 1981, explaining the delay for having the ND-60 multichannel analyzer operational.
It is our understanding that this system will be installed and operating by January 1,1992, and not January 1,1981, as indicated in your letter. Advise this office when the systen is installed and operating.
