vs Revision 11 to the Oyster Creek Physical Security Plan Enclosed is Revision No. 11 to the Oyster Creek Physical Security Plan.
Charges which have been effected are indicated in the enclosure. All changes contained here.in have been made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) in that they do not decrease the effecti% ness of the Security Plan.
In addition to the changes w.p ising Revision 11, w are taking this opportunity to I: ark each page of the Security Plan " Safeguards Information" in order to cc: ply with the requirements of 10 CFR 73.21.
Since the Security Plan contains information whidi, if released to the public, would wiguuise the physical security of the Oyster Creek Station, it is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 that this document be withheld frcm public disclosure.
