Attached are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of a request to change the Big Rock Point Plant Technical Specifications. The enclosed change provides the Technical Specifications for the Containment High-Range Radiation I
Monitor as committed by Consumers Power Company in our July 9, 1981 letter -
Update of Response to NUREG-0737.
By letter dated October 21, 1981, Consumers Power Company requested an exten-sion for several NUREG-0737 items i.ncluding Item II.F.1 - Attachment 3.

l change request completes our July 9,1981 commitment and our October 21, 1981 extension request for Technical Specification changes associated with NUREG-0737, Item II.F.1.3.. Installation of the equipment associated with this change remains as scheduled in our July 9, 1981 letter which specifies imple-mentation by the end of the 1982 refueling outage currently scheduled to l
